Boston Square Apartments. We Value Your Privacy. We value your privacy. My two bedroom townhouse is just right for a single person with occasional visitors. The staff is friendly if you follow the rules, and it has been a great, peaceful place for a professional adult that wants no hassles - just a great place to live!
This complex has been one of the most miserable places we have lived, mostly due to the management. I will preface by saying we are good renters who pay rent on time and take care of our living space. I have given this place two stars as the only good aspect was an attentive and courteous maintenance man. The office staff are rude.
This complex is run in a militant way. Rules are numerous so much so that it impedes the ability to casually live and enjoy life. Want to ride a bike or store it on your patio? Not here you won't. Want to change your car's oil or give it a quick rinse? Nope not allowed. This place is not at all friendly towards children despite the fact that they give an illusion of being so with a playground. They're not allowed to stand on the grass. Don't step on the rocks.
Don't get too close to a tree in case the child may accidentally breath on it and kill it. Sound ridiculous? Yes I would agree. Please if you do have children, find a more friendly complex in which they can get some fresh air and exercise. I could give numerous more examples, but you get the point.
The office staff also ride around the complex multiple times a day to ensure order and that every resident is following their extensive rules. I felt as though I were living in a fish bowl.
If you are a type where you just want to live your life and handle your business without constantly worrying about whether you're doing something wrong, this isn't the place for you or be prepared to receive not.
