They expect you to check-in remotely various points of the day with no guarantee of work.

The pay is very low and below the minimum wage. Support is poor and they take pay off you for no reason. Stay well clear of this company! I was provided with more work than what my original job description was, including some things I wasn't qualified for and as a result struggled with my work output.
