In her eight years working in different fundraising capacities at Missouri, the former Big 12 program enjoyed a 60 percent growth in the number of donors and a 40 percent spike in gift giving. When you embody all those traits, you start to build trust. She's a trustworthy person, and when you're raising money and you can build trust with the people who want to be a part of that organization, then ultimately you're going to be successful.
