Through our innovative Pathways at Work program, offered nation wide, we provide customized webinars, discussion groups, and other resources for workplaces of all sizes to help employees manage their behavioral health and emotional well-being.

Our services are provided by behavioral health specialists under the supervision of trained therapists and licensed clinicians. Pathway Services staff are required to have 40 hours of classroom training and 80 hours of on-the-job training working with other long-term and knowledgeable staff during their initial employment.

Staff also are required to have ongoing training throughout the year and current CPR and First Aid certifications. Program Managers must meet certification requirements as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional and receive 12 hours of continuing education credits per year. The highly trained staff assist with daily living skills such as grooming, cooking, laundry, and community outings.

Pathway Services residential staff are committed to bringing the highest quality of life to our individuals. Individuals can take advantage of the many services available to them while living in a residential home. Trees decorated outside Pathway must have a metal screw provided at the tree sections for safety and stability.

Lights and ornaments for all decorations must be securely attached. You must also provide skirting if you are decorating a tree. Upon completion of your creation, it will be photographed for the online auction. The online auction begins Nov. Registration forms must be submitted by Nov.
