Nos vamos en autocar a Carcastillo. Sale por la derecha y toma el camino de Chativa. El tiempo de paseo son tres horas y unos 10,5 km de recorrido. Cruza el Saso por el camino del corral Mendi, llega al Torrueco y hace entrada en Carcastillo por la cuesta del Aspa.
Prosigue por el linde de los campos hasta el camino de los Lagunazos. Baja por el bosque, nuevamente, al camino del Saso y ya pueden ir a Carcastillo. By bike and on foot: there are numerous farming tracks. You can walk on all of them, and bicycles are allowed on some. The best thing to do is ask at the Information Centre.
If you feel like walking, then there are two very short walks , one in La Bardena Blanca and one in La Bardena Negra, which are ideal if you want to see the main attractions.
And if you're into mountain biking, there are 9 routes along farming tracks which practically run all through the park. Then you get to see all the most unusual places and hear a good explanation about the natural environment into the bargain.
You can also go around the park by Segway, by ebike or on horseback. As you can see, the agencies offering local experiences have come up with some really imaginative options; just take a look at their websites for more.
Remember that you can only enter the park after 8 a. In December and January, the sun sets around 5.
